I finished fencing off our garden boxes yesterday so that we can plant without the girls scratching things up. The new composter is working well and everything is starting to look green and spring like. 7 weeks ago I sent two Marans chicks home with my bother for his little girls to brood for me. Got them back this weekend and I'll be darned if he didn't change one of them into a boy! Anyone in Northern Utah looking for a Marans cockerel? Im pretty sure it is a cuckoo Marans. I sure chose poorly at the IFA.

I like Miracle the most. Pretty girl! But they are all so beautiful!
