If I have my chicks vaccinated before they ship, Do I still have to feed medicated chick feed?

If you get your day old chicks vaccinated at the hatchery for Coccidiosis, don't feed a Medicated Start and Grow feed (Amprolium) to control Coccidiosis, it will render the vaccine ineffective.
Medicated Chick feed in the USA (Amprolium) only helps prevent Coccidiosis.
It doesn't affect other vaccines like Merck's to my knowledge.
