I just love how people live in this fantasy world of vaccines won't hurt my kid but the disease may.

If you watch the video you will see the people in it were actually for getting their kids vaccinated and one ladies baby DIED from a vaccine. One ladies teenager was on tons of medications to deal with all the problems she was having due to the vaccine. And at the end of the video she told her mom she wanted off the meds and if that meant dieing so be it.

YOU COULD DIE from a vaccine. Just as you could from a disease. It is up to the parent to do the research and decide what to do. Just as your kid may die from the chicken pox he could also die from the vaccine.

1 in 6 children now have a neurological disorder. Do you think this might be because we inject our kids with neuro-toxins when they are young and developing. Personally I don't use antiperspirants because of the Aluminum. Many vaccines contain Aluminum. The ones that don't usually have mercury or MSG. I also avoid mercury fillings and food containing MSG. LOL it just shocks me.

And to all of you who are saying vaccines are responsible for the declines of diseases. Do some research they were already declining before the vaccine came on to the market. I posted a link to some graphs showing the cases vs the years of several diseases.

Sanitation was a big problem many years ago. Diseases spread quicker than they would today. Yes lots of people died due to diseases that they now have vaccines for. But people didn't wash their hands like they do now.

And yes parents have to live with the results if their child is vaccine injured or if the are injured by a disease. So either way you could go wrong. You are the one who has to determine what you can live with.

Personally I just want parents to realize they do have a choice and they should educate themselves on it prior to just doing something because a doctor says so.

Also I really wish we could get a large group of people together to push the government into safer vaccines, some that don't have toxins in them. They also need to have and independent 3rd party test drugs before the FDA releases it.

ok lets think about this for a moment....i know there is a debate on vaccines but lets not just put all the blame on that for neurilogical disorders,there are lots more attributes that are going on with kids and adults today.like for instance fertilizers,pesticides,steriods,etc.,etc....yes all that can be found in your local food lion or whichever grocery store you shop in.i mean all aisles including your laundry detergent aisle.there is a risk of doing anything anymore....for the fact of that matter unless your cut off from society completely (which is highly unlikely)you are at risk for any and all diseases sicknesses and disoerders.now in saying all that vaccines kill people yes but logically and realistically more people die from not getting vaccinated.just something to ponder on is all.good luck on all your decisions.

So if you happen to be opposed to say gardisil, how are you dealing with the pressure from the doctors? We left one doctor who said if we refused any vaciines we could find a new doc. The new doc just argues with me every time we are there. So what do others do.

My husband went on to a ton of websites. We both were on government websites. It gave us many good arguements against this vaciine. We get most of the vaciines but this and the stupid useless flu shot are ones we don't want. Oddly enough the info from the cdc gave us the info we needed for a nice logical arguement that should shut the doc up. Lucky we have had docs also that required using a safter shot for the kids without an particular additive.

I have never had issue with doctors for myself and my kids.The pressure lessens once the kids are in school. I have had doctors that are old and some even younger than me.They don't ask anymore.Just keep looking. I have found that there is no point in stating why you choose to decline a vaccine.Just say no to the ones you want to pass on.Shame they make it an all or nothing issue.Even if you have experienced a death or injury due to a vaccine the doctor will often poo-poo it and still try to convince you to vaccinate. I stopped giving reasons a long time ago.

I am actually surprised at the ease we have experienced here in Ohio given the horror stories I have read.I only had one incident where a wanna-be doctor in hospital kept telling me my newborn would die if she did not get the hepB vaccine 13 years ago.

If you do want to debate with a doctor I have found the vaccine insert that comes with the vaccine to be useful.Ask for the insert,find the adverse reaction section,and ask the doctor..."How do you treat this or this or this....if it should occur following vaccination."
They will say those things will likely not occur,but he/she can not guarantee they will not occur.

The insert also clearly states that not every person that is vaccinated will develop immunity,so how will the doctor know the vaccine is actually protecting you? Free titer?When you do vax just get the lot number in case any problem ever develops.

Yes, life is a risk from the moment of conception.Thank goodness vaccines are still a choice in this country.Given my negative experience with vaccines I am glad I can decline them,but that others can continue to partake.Nothing is 100% safe for everyone.

I find if you go to the doc after identifying at least a half dozen pros and cons of a vaccine, and discuss with them BOTH the pros and the cons, they will be more apt to listen to you and let you have what you want. I was a bit old to get the benefits of gardisil, but was still young enough to fall into the "do you want it? It may still help prevent cervical cancer" category. Doc's said it would be good, but before they were able to tell me all the goods, I turned the tables and told them myself all the benefits, the risks of not getting it, and why I SHOULD get it... and then politely said, I am willing to take those risks and did not get it. Did not get any resistance or urge to get the shot again after clearly stating all the reasons I should get it and pointing out the risks I was going to take.

I delay vax my kids. Always have. Partially because all of my children were premature and partially because I do not believe it is safe to pump my baby's body full of anything before he has a chance to build up his immune system. My now 12 y/o had chicken pox when he was 7. He had been vaccinated. I know a woman who has a severely disabled son as a result of vaccine injury. I will vaccinate but at MY pace. I refuse to allow anyone to bully me into doing it sooner than I am comfortable. As for using gardisil (sp?) In boys, it has been approved, but it was not tested. Read the little brochure. It clearly states that testing for use in boys was not done. Kinda scary, huh! There is NO WAY I will give my sons a drug that was never even tested for use in boys.

Just a question..
How do you guys that refuse vaccines for your children get your kids enrolled in school?
In my town,..its HELL... I do foster care and many of the kids come here with no vaccine records.. etc...
The school will NOT let them enter the school with out a vaccine record or a blood titer done to prove they are indeed vaccinated...
I guess they think they are going to cause some disease breakout or something...

We get a religious exemption. They ARE allowed to go to school with that. In florida you get that at the health department.

What religion doesnt allow vaccines? Just wondering...
