Valbazen or Safeguard for barn cat

Does anyone know if I can give a cat Valbazen or Safeguard? She is a barn cat that came with the house purchase. She is feral not a pet, but she is looking very thin, so I was thinking about putting some wormer in canned cat food.

I just bought some valbazen 11.36%. It came with instructions for use on adult cats and dogs. I bought it for chickens and have not used any yet. But it specified 1 cc per 10 pounds of body weight for dogs and cats. It says not to use it on pregnant animals because it may cause birth defects. It also specifies that to treat tapeworm infestations to use the dosage once for three days in a row. I have not used it yet but plan on it. I may check the internet for it use specifically in cats as I have three outdoor cats that I regularly take to the vet and have treated for worms many times.
