Isobel shifted her attention over to Arabella, and quickly flitted over to her. "Ah. You have finally decided to show yourself," The Vampire's mouth started to water again, and she had to try very hard to not get too close to either human. Sucking up the excess saliva in her mouth, she spoke again, to distract herself. "And what is your name, eavesdropper?" Her voice showed that she was starting to lose control. "Actually, hold that thought." She shifted her gaze between the two girls, then began again. "Both of you, stay here. I'm not done talking. I already have your scent, so I can track you down. I need to go make a kill so that you don't end up as my next victim."
The Vampire went up to a small house a further into the Village. She knocked on the door. A head popped out, obviously old and frail. Isobel scented the air, making sure that this human lived alone.
"Hello?" the old woman stepped out of her door, and screamed. This was one of the beautiful, pale, blood-drinking creatures from fairy-tales. It was coming for her.
"It's okay," Isobel said. Then she snapped her neck for a quick death. Her fangs then sank into the lady's neck then pulled out, leaving a bloody wound. Isobel drank her blood before it stopped flowing, then left the lady on the doorstep. "I'm sorry." She whispered, then appeared at the little girl's sides, blood on her lips.
"Okay, so what is your name?" She said to Arabella.
