This is a lot of fun seeing who is getting ready to hatch out chicks at roughly the same time. I have quail eggs in the incubator now as well that should hatch at the same time everyone's chickens do. And I just popped my California valley quail eggs in.

My true araucanas are wiggling too now! I can't wait to see these and everyone else's hatches.

Update! I THREW IN SOME EGGS MOM GOT OFF SOMEONE AT WORK. they were all clear except 3. I saw a baby in one today! Dont know what it is. They were in the frige for a good while and we ate some of them but it looks like I'll get a baby out of at least one. The oter two have dark globs so I may get 3 more! How exciting!

OK, 10 out of 12 of my mutt eggs have veins...

the other 2 are really dark brown... so I can't see through them with my mini mag!

Oh forgot to mention that one of the eggs (the small mutt one, the Roo is a Frizz) I saw the baby moving around AWESOME! I've never been so excited about eggies!

5 of my call duck eggs have movement and veins - 4 whites and 1 snowy. I have 5 more whites that I just put in the other day and 15 runner duck eggs as well. I am hoping and praying for at least ONE stinkin white call drake to come out of this. Please oh pelase

I won't candle again until Tuesday, will update then.

I am just about to throw our 12 mutt eggs from neighbor into the bator. Don't even know for sure if they are all fartile. But we'll see in about a week I guess. Oh, 7 days is soo long. *lol*

what kind of mix are your designer eggs? Mutt sounds too mean of a word so we started callin em designer.
