I am on day 10, too, I believe. I put them in on Friday, May 23rd, at 6pm, so, if I've counted correctly at 6pm this evening I was at day 10.

I've got 15 eggs agoin'. I know there are 2 green/olive colored ones (don't know what kind those are, anyone?), some are RIR and the others are supposed to be black. The older gentleman that gave them to me didn't know what they were. I'll have to try to post pics when they hatch. I can't see anything in most of the eggs because they are too dark. I have 1 or 2 white eggs that I know for sure that one is a Modern Game. The other may be from the black chickens as he said one of his, that usually lays brown eggs, is now laying white ones (I haven't a clue as to why nor does he. lol). The for sure Modern Game egg, I believe, is a dud. It is very porous and I thought I had seen veins in it several days ago, but now it is just clear with a possible blob that covers half of the egg. The egg is dirt stained on the shell so I don't know what I'm looking at when I candle it. I haven't thrown it out yet. BTW, are there any signs b4 an egg explodes that I need to be looking out for?

My show girls are on Day 20! I have seven in there- out of nine to start. I got 27 quail that hatched out Sunday- 26 that didnt

I am so excited to see my show girls!

It's day 18!!!

Around 11:00 this morning that will be exact, so the eggs will come out of the turner and the humidity will go up! I'm soooooo excited!

Day 10 later.. I candled a few last night. seen movement in the few I did.
Its going quicker this time. I will prob. be a day late with the hatch. The grandaughter struck again. It was pretty cool in there when I went to turn them.

Day 11 here. I candled last night and I have 8 active little Guinea keets growing...6 of my own chickens' eggs growing, I think 6 Silkie eggs from Marie growing (they're on day 7 today- they went in later) and I'm not too hopeful about my other eggs- they're LF mixed batch from the May trade (I think) and I had to toss out 8 clears last night, and I've only got 5 more in there and I think they're clear too...they're darker brown so I want to leave them to make sure. But I'll be so bummed if all of them end up clear- they've had good fertility I've been told.
So anyways, I'm happy about the other ones growing and moving around in there!
10 more days! Aghhhh, the suspense!

THe real silkie chick is mailing out my SG eggs today! Partridge ones. Perf Polish is sending my eggs within the next couple days too...as soon as she gets her money. What color are your showgirls?

I'm on day 13 - woohoo - except I have ducks - Awwwwwwww - and have like forever to go.

I know all the original white call eggs and the one (yes that's right I got 18 eggs and only ONE was fertile) snowy looks great as well.

The runner eggs show nothing as of yet (they are only on day 5 as of tonight), but the recent white calls (day 6) have teeny tiny little bit of veins.

YAY!

This is my first hatch and I'll probably end up with nothing - but it is fun just the same.

Holy cow what a difference a day makes! This morning none of my Runner eggs were showing fertility and tonight I have 12 little baby runner duckies growing inside!!!! How eggciting!

My calls are moving around like little gymnists - I hope they make it.
