See how varied the diet can be?

Yes, I see how varied and that is great. Everything you named sounds delicious. Thanks for sharing. I'm taking notes.

I eat wheat pasta but not wheat tortillas. I just don't dig the texture. I usually buy the kind that are 'uncooked' (guerrero brand), I just toss them on the pan for a sec. & cook em up, it makes all the difference, makes it taste homemade

Are you a new vegetarian? I ask because I'm a new pescitarian... It's hard trying to make good dinners for a house full of meat eaters bit it's been working out well so far

Another question for the vegetarians...... Are you concerned with or do you read labels to see what your food is made of/ingredients? The reason I ask is because I went shopping today and I read the ingredients on a lot of food that I use to buy and I couldn't pronounce half of the ingredients. Is this important in a vegetarian lifestyle?

I am on day 21 of a fruit and veggie cleanse and I am concerned and paranoid that when I'm done with the juice cleanse that it will be difficult to find "natural" foods without all the long name ingredients in the food product. I don't want to put all of that crap back in my body being as though my body will be "detoxed" and "cleansed".

I'm not a vegetarian but I am thinking about it. I want to learn everything I can about the foods and lifestyle.

Yes. I read every label of food I buy. It takes awhile but once you know what products don't you don't have to reread those each time. However, if your product says new formula you must check the ingredients again. I've found many times the new formula will have meat in it
