I Use PAM. Its clean for Vegetarians and Vegans to use.... We dont use Lard though

I LOVE rice and I'm wondering what can I use to substitute instead of eating rice.

Even some of the seasoned rice packets are vegetarian.**You will have to check ingredients because a lot of them will have chicken fat in them.

I wasn't sure if rice was unhealthy or not but if I can still eat rice then, YEA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the Louisiana Zatarains Extra Grain Long Rice.

Yea, that's what I was afraid of. I love the wild rice but I will have to check the ingredients to make sure that nothing yucky is in there.
