Give her a tablet each day until she's behaving normally and her crop is back to normal. You are re-seeding her digestive system with good enzymes and it can take several days of probiotics to get her system re-colonized with good bacteria. You won't OD her. No danger.

ARgh they're powder capsules and she wont take the powder just tries to swallow the capsules! Shall I put the powder in her yogurt?

You are talking about the probiotics or the anti-yeast? Either one can be swallowed whole with no problem.

Or if easier you can mix anything powdery with the yogurt or other food - whatever they'll eat.
Also regarding the poop, that piece may have been part of what they slough off internally occasionally; but it could also be parasites. You can take a fresh sample of poop to a vet to ask them to check for parasites.
