day 2 is over... my son was on the stand ALL DAY he was so tired today... the defense is grasping at straws if you ask me she was re-reading his testimony from the pre-trial which was the same testimony as he gave today...so... lets say he was asked the colour of the sky.... he said in 2009 and during the initial report in 2007 that the sky was blue. .... today he said it was blueish

the defense would then pull out the transcripts and read to him his testimony and ask if he remembered it and he said yes.. then she would ask why was it blue back then and blueish today? so she would fire things off like this then.. whammo she would imply that the order of occurrences was 13524, instead of 12345... (i cant use actual statements due to the publication ban) so then he would get flustered and start to doubt the way things happened... another thing she keeps going back to is bed times .... it was the weekends... bed times are flexible on the weekends..she seems to think they are set in stone...

I know she is grasping and she has to point out any little blemish she may come across lets face it this is costing him about $250,000 for this defense...

this is going to be a long process....
