Today she is walking and standing!
However she is very wobbly, and is still thin.
She is eating VERY well today now that she has her egg and yogurt concoction but ill keep you all updated!

How long will it take for her to be ok again?
She is still wobbly and weak

Are you giving her the Poly vi sol? and have you given her the ivomec? I would say it will be about a week before she could be back to normal but I can't see her. You just have to keep getting her stronger.

Yes to the poly vi sol and no to the ivermecton, The farm place only had the cattle injectable. (cant spell) and They did not know if I could use it on her on not as a pour on.
I was about to post and ask about that actually!
Also, how much should I put on her with either one, if the injectable is ok?

You want the cattle injectable ivomec. Draw it up in a syringe and put a few drops on her skin. I would do this to all your chickens so you get rid of the mites totally.
I use it all the time and you don't have to worry about overdosing with a few drops.

You do not want cattle pour-on, you want injectable.

Oh awesome! Thank you so much.
How many drops per weight of the hen?
Or will I be safe with just 2-3?

A standard hen would take 5-7 drops depending on weight, but with your skinning girl I would only do 4. In a week, hoping that she is quite a bit better then, you should dust to get any that hatch from eggs that are already around. That will completely break the life cycle of those pests.

Oh that is just what I needed, thank you so much for the much needed info!

You said you used the standard poultry wormer at the feedstore to worm with. That's probably your problem. The standard poultry wormer is Wazine and it *only kills roundworms. Not gapeworms, threadworms or any of the other dangerous worms chickens get. You need to find some Valbazen (albendazole) or Phenbendazole (Safeguard horse wormer) and worm with that. I can't find Valbazen aroulnd here but Safeguard is everywhere. Safeguard kills all the worms with the exception of tapes. Valbazen kills all including tapes. It most certainly sounds like she's got worms and if you used Wazine you did NOT properly deworm her. It's not your fault, I've even seen forum moderators who didn't know. Safeguard will be easiest to find, give ALL the chickens a couple of big pea sized drops of it and repeat 10 days later. Or better yet, repeat with the Valbazen 10 days later. you'll probably have to order it online though. Chickens can and will die from worms and it can easily seriously stunt their growth.
Edit: Ivomec is worthless for worms but does work well for mites and lice.

Crap it was the Wizene I used to de-worm them...
Ok, so safeguard or Valbazen, ok ill go back in the morning to de-worm them.
God I wish I had known about this ahead of time...
Thank you for the heads up!!!
And that sounds right, there all stunted.

Edit: Ok, I just ordered it online and it should be arriving within the next 2-3 days.
The directions should be on the bottle right?
