Very sick hen

I have one of my favorite hens who is seeming sick today. Her but feathers look wet almost, she is basically falling asleep standing up, isn’t moving around a ton but is pecking at scraps. It also looks like she has loose stool.

I did also find a bittersweet nightshade plant by the coop. I wonder if they ate some berries?

How old is she? Can you check to see if she has any discharge from her vent that could be egg white or yolk? Does she lay eggs normally? How does her crop feel this morning? It should be empty and flat or not felt. Is she taking any fluids or food? If she has any poops, take a picture. I would take her aside into a pen or crate so that you can watch her. Crop and reproductive disorders are very common.
