Vets in west ga that do foot surgeries

I have a hen who's middle toe is broken/ sprained/ pulled out of socket. Idk but when she walks her middle toe is sideways and the joint is twice the size on that foot. If anyone knows reliable vets around west ga in case she needs surgery. I want the best for her so anything helps

There's a better way, but since I am basically techno-illiterate try this: Go to the social section of the forums, click on 'Where am I, where are you' and scroll through until the Ga. state thread appears.
