My pleasure. It took some calculations and I believe it will take 6.85 level teaspoons or 2.3 Tablespoons or 35 grams to 50lbs of feed for 100mg per lb distribution.

1 lb will supplement about 13, 50 lb bags of feed.

Measure out 20 times the dosage you need.

Add cornstarch in twice the amount of your needed dosage.

Add enough egg white to make a stiff but malleable dough.

Divide into 20 pieces and let air dry.

Store in glass bottle or jar in the fridge.

If you are using the concentrated Baicalin, you'll probably need to use a filler. I suggest masa or unbleached unfortified whole wheat flour.

For a sick bird it's 425 mg 3 times a day. For prophylactic purposes it's 200mg per kg of feed. No pill, you just mix it in the feed. All feed.

You're looking at the Baicalin content of Chinese Skull cap. You can buy it Concentrated up to 98% or use the entire root which averages around 14%. It's best to ask the vendor. Most have a lab certificate.
