Wait Tes...wouldn't it be that all videos wouldn't play though if it was an app issue?
I'm still wondering if it is just a Youtube glitch type thing?
I don't even know the proper terms to use.

Its not a YouTube thing for sure. It’s either a user’s issue (plug-in forcing flash, or outdated browser) or an administrator’s issue (coding). I can’t really answer why some videos and not others but I don’t think it rules out anything or points to anything else. I’ll look into the coding side and check for sure.
