Solved Video Playback(Youtube) Problem with FIX!

Well not really. It wasn't mine. But it did come back to my house! Twice! So now it is mine and has 5 friends!

I'm trying to find the option to mute the video.
While looking for the mute I found something that said "make a copy."
Here is the copy.
Let's see if it works.

Can you go into YouTube's settings.

Go to Creator Studio.

Then select edit next to your duck video:

Then go to the AUDIO tab.

Then click on SAVE A NEW VIDEO. That's it.
Don't click on anything else but Save a new video. Wait a minute or two and then it will create a copy of your original video. Then Paste a link to the new copy here. I bet it will work!

ALL I did was "save a new video" like above.
I did nothing with the sound options.
IT WORKS IN THE APP!!!!

The original video in post number 2 still will not play in the app.
But this COPY of it Does play in the app.

I never slept

So basically we’ve confirmed what I said. Something in the upload process causes it to be read differently and the outdated browser/app has a tantrum. I’m thinking fluke corrupted audio file or a weird compression issue..

Can you post the video details of the copy compared to the original that didn’t work?

I am up! Sounds like you've fixed it. probably worth following through with the folk at YouTube because if you and @Pyxis have these problematic videos I bet meny other people do too.
