Yay I'm glad your chicks hatched for both of you!! Sorry it took me so long to respond. Thank you for the link, I but the little shoes on her and now she's all better! The rest of my Welsummers were actually shrink wrapped, which is weird because all of my EE's hatched perfectly. So my hubby and I had to open the eggs and help them out. Unf. most were dead already not being able to move, but we did save five of them. I don't know why that happened. Maybe really dark eggs lose humidity faster than other eggs?

You will never believe this. One of my EE mixes are already crowing. He has been crowing all morning starting with sunrise. I need to record it!
