Guard laughed heartily. "well, maybe i could teach you some of the tricks" he suggested.

Sky smiled. She noticed that the forest had become very still, with no wind. "Wait here," she said, spreading her wings, and rising up into the sky. Once she was above the forest, she let out a breath of air, and the wind returned, rocking the tops of trees this way and that. A gently breeze was sent through the forest. She dropped to the ground. "I'm back," she declared simply, washing her paw with her eyes closed.
"what was that all about?" Guard asked. as a rule, the wolf he is guarding musn't leave his sight.

"I'm the wind element, so I have to send wind through the forest every once in a while," she explained. "Iz pretty cool," she added, "it's" turning into "iz" because she was in the middle of licking her paw. She looked up, and grinned, reaching up and rubbing his head with one paw. "Silly, you shouldn't worry about things so much."

"well" Guard sighed, "i'm just doing my job as your guard" he explained. "it's basically my job to worry."
