Want to make sure this is a roo.

Going to give away a couple of roos and want to make sure this is one. Pretty sure I see pointy saddle feathers but the comb and waddles aren't nearly as big and red as the other roo that is the same age. This one is almost 5 months old and not crowing. Definitely a rooster?
