Wanted: Chickens in Northern Kentucky

I would like Buff Orpingtons. I hear they are very calm birds. I am new to raising chickens and thought they might be good starter birds. Can't promise you have your buyer here. Wish me luck!

Starting on Oct. 2nd the annual Ky Woolfestival will begin. I know that there will be one tent the that will have many chickens there. There will be silkies, and other varieties of big stock and banty chickens. There will be some peafowl, and some rabbits, maybe even some quail. Along with other farm animals. Maybe you will find what you are looking for there.
