Wanted: THE BIGGEST BADDEST ROOSTER IN GEORGIA!!!!!

YOU will never find anything that aggressive . IF you going to have chickens , you need to have a totally predator proof coop and run .

Kinnip how big is he. We are new chicken folk and not sure of all the breeds yet.

I know I want find anything to fend off large predators but by grannies!!! I want him to have a fighting chance. I have a secure coop but my wife and daughters couldn't stand not to have them wander around the yard as freed chickens!

He's a tiny guy, not much bigger than a bantam. He weighs maybe 4 pounds. The one I have is all black, but they come in blue and splash, too. He's a very pretty boy. This is him several months ago, still young and sparsely feathered. His hackles and saddles are fully developed now and he's impressive.

If they keep getting killed by whatever while free ranging, the wife and daughters should be able to see the reasoning behind a secure fenced in area and a roo would still be a great help.

My Andalusian is a great protector, too, a lot more than the Black EE, the BO and the bantam roos. I have to really watch him while the other roos know I'm no threat and bring the treats n feed. Seems I pick Blue up every other time I'm in "his/our" area...
