Wanting to know dosage for oxytetracycline for a hen

Hello! A few days ago I found an odd, oblong shaped mass in my chicken nesting boxes. It didn't look like a lash egg like I've seen before (during necropsy) but it was very suspicious, white, had little lumps, and was firm.
I have tried to guess which hen it might have been (which is a little tough when you have 20 hens) and I would like to give her a shot of antibiotic. None of my birds appear ill or sad, but I want to take this seriously because I love my birds. Even if it's too late for this treatment, (a lot of forums say when you see a lash egg it's too late) I don't really care, I want to do what I can.
Can anyone give me an idea of the dosage for oxytetracycline? I want to give her a shot. It's the only antibiotic I have (now I can't even buy any antibiotic without a vet prescrip and there are no chicken vets in my area).
Thank you!

Did you happen to take a picture of the object to post here? What oxytetracycline do you have? If you have LA 200 injectable, it is a cattle medication that is given into the muscle once or again after 3 days. It is not for chickens although people still try to use it. If I were treating a reproductive infection or salpingitis, the condition that causes lash eggs, I would use enrofloxacin or amoxicillin.

There is an old thread here in post 1 that many people read and use that dosage, but it isn’t really a dosage that is official for chickens:

I didn't take a photo : ( I probably should have. Here is a drawing I did of what it looked like. It was all white. At first I thought it was just some doo doo in the nest till I looked closer.

I really wish I had access to other antibiotics but the government has made life hard. The only reason I have the LA 300 is because I bought it before the rules changed.
Thank you for the dosage link. I just figured it can't hurt.
