That is a cockerel, you may choose to rehome him. But he should be quite the looker once he is more mature.

If he is a cockerel, do you think maybe he could be kept with everyone else ? That's my baby and I would prefer not to get rid of him. And what do you think about Penguin ? Think it still has a chance to be a pullet even though I felt like its coloration were more towards cockerel.

Cockerels that grow up together or grow up in a flock that already has a roo get along just fine. I have 2 roos living together in a bachelor pen and maybe 7 in my grow out pen that are peaceful amongst each other.

That would be a Easter Egger, almost looks like a rhode island white crossed with a EE or Ameruacana. That is a cockerel, bright colored comb and a rather large comb.

Pink skin, and do I see five toes? The OP's bird is a hatchery quality Faverolles rooster. Not an Easter egger at all.

I was thinking Faverolles too - they can make very good flock protectors.

I believe they would be fine. As long as you have enough hens for 2 roos, or you can place hen saddles on the favorites once he starts breeding.
