Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

Where are you located? Will you be at the Monroe show?
KM- I could bring a handful of eggs- whatever they lay Friday- it's not much, but we need 2 dozen for the backlog this week and I just put a dozen under the broody. I can also ask my Russian friend, he said he has too many eggs and they are all good and fertile, just "mutts", RIR's EE's and mixes of different high production hatchery chicks.

I am but I also wanted to try something a little different too. I like to experiment it changes things up
i think most people who have problems with dairy are actually reacting to A1 casein (Holstein dairy). If you can get cheese made from Jersey or Guernsey cows that would be the A2 that is less of a problem. Goat cheese is also A2 and goat Chèvre is available and similar to cream cheese in texture, but I'm not sure it would be good for things like cake icing.

Oh ok, well the only non-dairy cheese I am comfortable with (and that actually melts and doesn't taste like socks) is Daiya cheese. You might could try that :)
I did not picture you for a sock eating person. Were you lacking in fiber when you tasted the socks?

Today is chicken moving day!! I have to disassemble, move, than reassemble the pen today in the new location in the opposite corner of my yard..... this is my 'chicken tractor' for the day.... They have food, water, and the nests from the coop, although I don't know if the will use those.... I cut a wing on each hen....any other thoughts/advise for making sure they have what they need....
400

The pen is two 24" x pens clipped together and a 4x8 plywood on top....

Quote: That one would go perfect with somebody's hoody and bandana. IF I can sell a couple items at Monroe I would like to buy it.

IF you'll just commit to me 5 no-mess chicks, I'm sure you could buy that ;) COMMIT DANGIT! I'll be there with bells on, and cash in hand for my no-mess chicks.

I'd better see and hear bells -- DANGIT ! Are you bringing your three snot machines?

OK guys I still need 17 eggs for my incubator. I am getting 12 from Hallerlake and 12 from VF. I would love to have a full bator for Natalie. If anyone has any eggs please let me know. I thought I was getting 12 silkies from a lady in tumwater but she never emailed me back (. Thanks bunches.

I can bring more than just 12. I'm getting close to a dozen a day from that group of 12 girls, so I just need a heads up. (Black sex-link eggs. NH Roo over Pabst Blue Ribbon Hens)

I WANT TO BUILD ONE OF THESE!!!
