Hey hard to believe this weather, I was actually out barefooted
today I love it why couldn't it be like this all year long

Because we wouldn't appreciate it as much?

Because if it was like this all the time too many people would move to Washington! When it's beautiful here I venture to say there's no comparison to anywhere in the USA!

It was wonderful, right up until the fog rolled in during baseball practice, tonight. Poor kid came in from the outfield with tears running down his face he was so cold. He stuck it out, stayed in position until the very end, didn't lose focus at all. But when the coach called them in, the face was heartbreaking. It went from being 70 to about 50 in 5 minutes flat.
