Hello all! Im a new-is chicken owner, I've had them since August of last year. I will be moving out of AZ, my current location, in two years, and i am hoping to get some Info about the Anacortes area, and chicken-owning laws there. I'm hoping to own a farm a few years after having lived there, with a stable job to save up, and of course, pay for simple commodities until then (I.E. - rent, bills, fooooooddddd) .

Would anyone be able to tell me the laws for owning chickens in Skagit County? Preferably near where the water is. I am hoping to rent a cabin fro my aunt, with only half an acre, right on the beach. Legit, the water level goes down, and the island across from us, we can walk to it through that awesome clay-mud-fish remains.

It depends on if you are in city limits or not. And if you are not in city limits, then the zoning for your lot is where you will find the info about keeping chickens.
It's not a simply yes or no.
