Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

Winds were very strong for a brief period of time today. There was some damage to a few neighbors' homes caused by tree limbs falling. Hoping that this storm doesn't have a string of possible tornados following it like Thursday's storm did.

Like it very much duck ya we had a few small limbs but nothing of any size
drizzle this morning I really did enjoy the torrent of rain sheeting off the roof
standing there dry and safe.. that was cool

All that preparation and we get faster straight winds with the normal winds here. Fastest it got to was 25mph.

Silkies are still happy with the extra dry area though. Except for the hens who insist on standing the the rain

@Hinotori I didn't even go out till the worst had stopped stood watching
the sheets of rain.
did you loose limbs or anything we only had a few small ones

my girls are getting happy again starting to give me eggs again

Between Friday and today one of the ameraucana decided to dump her feathers. She was huddled inside on the roost while everyone else, including the broody, ran out for scratch. Thought she was sick until I touched her. Nope. Just not going out in the wind.
