The car comes screeching into the driveway and the woman gets out and runs into the house shouting to her husband, "I just won the lottery. Start packing!" Her husband says, "Great news! Should I pack for the beach or the mountains?" She says, "It doesn't matter. Just get out!"

Four men were in a car; one from Idaho, one from Nebraska, one from California and one from Nevada. The man from Idaho was throwing potatoes out the window. He said, "There are so many potatoes in Idaho we can just throw them out the window." The man from Nebraska was throwing corn out the window. He said, "There is so much corn in Nebraska we can just throw it out the window." The man from Nevada threw the man from California out the window.

A man was driving along a freeway when he noticed a chicken running alongside his car. He was amazed to see the chicken keeping up with him, as he was doing 50 mph. He accelerated to 60, and the chicken stayed right next to him. He sped up to 75 mph, and the chicken passed him. The man noticed that the chicken had three legs so he followed the chicken down a road and ended up at a farm. He got out of his car and saw that all the chickens had three legs. He asked the farmer, "What's up with these chickens?" The farmer said, "Well, everybody likes chicken legs, so I bred a three-legged bird. I'm going to be a millionaire." The man asked him how they tasted. The farmer said, "Don't know, haven't caught one yet!"

A man wakes up after surgery and asks the doctor how it went. "Well," says the doctor, "I have good news and bad news." "What's the bad news?" the man asks. "We amputated the wrong leg." "Oh, no!" says the man. "Well, what's the good news?" The doctor says, "The man in the next room wants to buy your shoes."

A fellow is selling puppies at a flea market. His sign says, "Republican Puppies, $50." A week later, the same man is selling the same puppies at the same flea market, but the sign says "Democratic Puppies, $50." A possible customer asks, "What's up? Last week they were Republican puppies and this week they are Democratic puppies?" The seller replies, "This week their eyes are open."

One day in the Garden of Eden, God comes to Adam and Eve and tells them he has two gifts — one for each of them. The first, he says, is the ability to pee standing up. Adam starts jumping up and down excitedly and loudly declares that he wants it. Eve, listening to him jabbering on and on about it, rolls her eyes and asks God what he has left for her. "Brains," he replies.

A farmer got in his pickup and drove to a neighboring farm and knocked at the farmhouse door. A young boy, about nine, opened the door. "Is yer Pa home?" the farmer asked. "No sir, he ain't," the boy replied. "He went into town." "Well," said the farmer, "Is yer Ma here"? "No, sir, she ain't here neither. She went into town with Pa." "How about your brother, Howard? Is he here?" "He went with Ma and Pa." The farmer stood there for a few moments, shifting from one foot to the other and mumbling to himself. "Is there anything I can do fer ya?" the boy asked politely. "I know where all the tools are if you want to borrow one. Or maybe, I could take a message fer Pa." "Well," said the farmer uncomfortably, "I really wanted to talk to yer Pa. It's about your brother Howard getting my daughter, Pearl Mae, pregnant." The boy considered for a moment. "You would have to talk to Pa about that," he finally conceded. "If it helps you any, I know that Pa charges $50 for the bull and $25 for the hog, but I really don't know how much he gets for Howard."

This is our first time with chicks. We live in Greenbank, Whidbey Island. We have 12, mixed flock, and one Speckled Sussex is a rooster. We have our 8 x 10 coop almost complete, with attached run roofed and completely predator proof hardware cloth sides, etc. We have them in big brooder in garage now, but we sold our house and have to be out June 7. We will be living on our property where the coop is June 5. Chicks will be 6 1/2 weeks old. Lows have been 50-55. Coop has a ceiling and one insulated wall. Brooder now gets down to 69 at night. On June 5 I plan to move a portion of brooder box into the coop with a red heat lamp, so they have a warm place to go at night. I don't think they are "fully feathered", but I don't really know to tell. As long as I keep the coop or brooder box 60-65 degrees at night, will they be okay?

Two boys meet in a hospital waiting room. One asks, "So, what are you here for?" The other says with a grimace, "Aw, I gotta have my tonsils out." The first boy replies "Oh, you got it made — you won't feel a thing and when you wake up you'll get all the ice cream and jello you want and then you get to go home — piece of cake!" The second boy, relieved, asks, "So how about you?" The first boy says, "I'm just here for a circumcision." His new friend says, "Aw, that's too bad. I had that right after I was born, and I couldn't walk for a year

They should do fine in the new coop if you move them out keep the heat lamp high as to not start a fire.. do you own a heating pad without a timer shutoff that would be better
for them or their are broody heaters you can buy much safer than heat lamps...

Hello everybody. I've just started trying to figure out this new app. I would like to say that I like it but I would be lying. Visually it is much harder for me to navigate. I'm sure they made some changes that are good but I haven't figured them out yet.
