Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

I'm hoping the little one that's obviously carrying wheaten and silkie feathers is a girl.

I need to hatch more of the mothers eggs. Then put mother with another rooster and hatch more eggs.

I could get some wheaten silkies in a few years if I work at it.

Hi All
I have a small emergency request.... Our chicks we're back ordered three weeks. We got our ducklings last night but they sold our chicks to someone else. So they set aside five more for us for today but sold those too .... I have some very sad girls at home with a brooder all set up and ready to go.

Any locals by chance have chicks ready to go? We live in gig harbor but tomorrow I'll be making a run from Anacortes to Enumclaw around 1:30pm and then back to the harbor via Puyallup and Tacoma...

It's a hail marry but thought I'd ask!!

We LOVE our friends in Washington State and we know y'all love to chat! The original Washingtonians thread has over 80,000 replies which is AMAZING!

It's great to see peeps who love raising backyard chickens come together, but all that discussion in a 5 year old thread is bogging down the server when we do updates. For this reason we're starting this new Washingtonians thread.

Rest assured that the entire original Washingtonians thread will remain closed from new replies, but completely intact. You'll be able to reference, search, and read it any time!

Please continue all of your great discussions here.

Thanks to all our Washington friends for being (chatty) members of our wonderful community!!!!
Washingtonian here :). And raising my first flock!!!
