Buffo and the cheepos are still doing well! I can’t wait until she moves around a little. I’m curious see how the rest of the flock treats her when she’s out and about with the chicks.
We had sunshine today! Lots of yard work, planted some hostas, and went for a bike ride. Full day.

Yes, the weather was great yesterday! Now it’s raining... though yesterday I primed the chicken coop, deep cleaned the feeders and waterers, fully painted the coop, and put gravel in the run for drainage. For some reason the most sore part of my body is my fingers.

I have the 9 peeps growing up in my brooder picked them up from a friend that bought a whole brooder from the feed store because they where peeping

Yesterday I dug out the hose I accidentally left in the garden last fall. Grass sucks. Removed some of the potted plants to different spots. Marked out for a new fence around the garden.

Still squeezing lots of water out of the garden soil so no tilling yet.
