Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

I've been well! I made a lot of Etsy sales today which is so awesome since I just had to make Aspen, my bun, an appointment for the vet. :hmm It makes me really happy that I can put that towards my sweet bun. :) How about you?
Aw, hoping the bun gets better. And congrats on the sales!

Things have been okay. My sister and I will be heading to in-person classes for 3 hours, four days a week (Mon-Thurs). We’ve done the last two school years over the computer.

Ack, that sucks. Hang in there, you've still got weekends to look forward too! I have to go once a week currently, but will have to go back full time next year. 😔 I feel your pain.

Thank you! I'm sure she will. I think we're on the right track currently. If the vet agrees with the diagnosis that I've gotten so far, I think she'll be just fine. :)

I am so pleased to know that Washington is one of the homes to the beautiful Killer Whales (Orcas).

I painted this craft jar tonight, and wanted to fit our Washington waters and an Orca in it. I also plan to paint a glossy overcoat to give it a glassy appearance.View attachment 3019035
You are very talented but think you know that.. :frow

You know, I've lived in Oregon and Washington for all of my 41 years and the only whales I've ever seen was Keiko when he was still in captivity on the Oregon coast. This is a beautiful piece! It reminds me that actually taking my kids to the coast and DOING some whale watching is a wonderful thing to do for and with them.

Guess I am with you I have been in Washington and Alaska since 1968 I was 8 now I am 62 and still as ornery as ever.
Hey I can hardly wait for spring here .. Been planting Egyptian walking onions .. They produce tons of chives plus more bulb plant your bulbs each apart they will build from there more bulbs .. that is the walking part

No idea. I don't breed more than I'm willing to eat. Silkie noodle soup or silkie and dumplings get boring more than a few times a month. Mom takes any I bring her from Camp Kenmore. Apparently she can eat silkie and dumplings every single day, but Dad gets bored with it.
