I just went back out and the babies are confused about where to find warmth. I'm gonna have to keep an eye on them today to make sure they learn to go back under Lucy to stay warm, it's chilly out there!
NO it takes a special drill bit to drill glass (about $35) and you may break the glass depending on the quality and hardness. I don't think you need an air hole but not sure.

Someone sells lids with nipples that screw on to reused pop bottles, and I don't think a hole has to be in the bottle. I'll try to find a link...

After that I found out that if I was in the middle of a phone call and put my phone back on the shelf then my call would come threw the speekers of the radio. I had speeker phone for my cell before cells had speeker phone.

Only a diamond tipped drill bit will drill glass without breaking it.

Okay, I've officially hit a new personal low: I cried at the deaths of three chicks and their nurse (a hen) in a book. To be fair, it's a very sad part, but still. There is no hope for me.

Sweetie, commercials on TV make me cry.

Told DH about keeping 4 more chicks instead of just 2 more. He said I'm a chicken hoarder and I need to change my Screen name to "ChickenHoarder" to one up Chicken Rustler! hah!

Tell him you need extras in case one or two turn out to be boys. Unless you bought sex links, that's always a possibility.
