So much for trying to keep up!
My oldest turned 7 today & is having a sleepover. They are finally asleep, I need a drink!
Tomorrow will also be crazy! Picking up two rabbits in the morning & don't know what condition they are in. Was told to expect them to be scruffy & thin, hopefully it's not too bad. We are not quite ready for them yet but taking them feels right & the emergency rabbit supply shopping spree was kinda fun. I got the hens a big seed block thing at BigR too. They were excited!

yum, that does sound good. I'm going to try that with sunflower butter= we use the organic sugar-free version around here.

our favorite chocolate chip recipe is made with almond flour/meal, and for sweetener, agave. I use lots of recipes from this blogger- Elana's Pantry, she's super popular, and I can see why!.

we make 1 small addition- add 1 egg per recipe to make the cookies hold together better. We never made just one batch- the dough saves nicely in frig.

Doctor's have impressed upon me to avoid coconut oil, palm oil etc. - I used to love Mounds and Almond Joy bars and coconut cream pie. When I was pregnant my cravings were for canned Bakers coconut and tuna fish.

now but, I gobbled it up back then. Everything you love, has to be bad for you. No fair
