Well I for one am impressed with the beautiful egg - I have wanted a blue egg layer for - like ever!!!!! So I don;t care what negatives anyone else says about it - for me I think it is the most lovely egg and - good for you and your "VERY RARE to you, dark BLUE egg laying HEN"
Oes
Thank you! I got my two Ameraucanas two springs ago, hatched them from eggs. I adore my Blueberry & Blackberry! I know some folks breed them on here, but we aren't allowed roosters. Probably a good thing, or I'd have the hatching bug even worse than I already do!
(And Blueberry was acting broody last night...hmm...do I get her some eggs?
the ONLY thing that I saw negative towards livestock was the OBVIOUS, they are not permitted to run in the streets or public areas, well my backyard ISN'T public!!!!! lol this is so frustrating :/ any one here from Yelm want to start a petition to change the law???
