Looks like maybe a Falcon, possibly a Hawk.

This my Washington friends is my "hawk". Sadly our maintenance guy informed me it's a grouse not a hawk. Bummer! I googled pictures for Washington state hawks and falcons and this bird doesn't have the bird of prey beak they do. Yep, it's a grouse. But it still flew into a window that is 6 feet off the ground! Weird!

Yes, definitely made for an interesting day! And our maintenance guy is glad it didn't break the window! LOL It's one of the rental cabins here at the camp.
