Hi there to all of my new neighbors in Washington. I am here in Kelso wa. This is the first time I have joined a site in a while and I must say that so far it seems like a small town from back in the day when everyone says Hi to one another you know the it should be. what do you have for chickens or maybe ducks?

At the moment I have no birds. But I am working on a coop that I have been looking at on this site. It has been a project that is for sure it's almost finished maybe I keep getting new ideas and inspiration it just keeps getting heavier and heavier with every new idea lol.

I grew up on a farm we had 100 sometimes 200 chcikens
but not like these

That was when we would butcher 60 of them for the freezer
others neighbors would buy.
I have 18 layers Barred Rock, Easter Egger
and one F-! cockerel Blue or Stew depending on the day

Now there are fisher cats in the area. Like dealing with raccoons, coyotes, and bears aren't enough...

Urgh. Just what is needed. I've had weasel attacks here. My gsd likes to go out looking for trouble day or night. They are her chickens
