Thank you! I actually ordered two 1/2" 48"x50' 19 gauge rolls (hardware cloth) today. I'm hoping that 19 gauge is strong enough to keep raccoons out. I lost over 20 chickens (night raid on an old coop that is no longer used) and only have 8 left so I've got to get this right before rebuilding my flock!

It's the same juvenile eagle that has already been responsible for two losses in the past month from my flock. And several other neighbors have lost others to this one.
