Buffo’s cheepos are getting so big! The leghorns are fully into awkward preteen age (3+ week) and the Orpingtons have fully feathered wings and tufts on their backs.
There are so many good things about having a broody raise the chicks. They seem so happy, they’re able to do more, and they seem calmer because they can always look to Buffo to figure out what to do and where to be.
Plus, they get to enjoy this SUNSHINE we’re having. I hope you all have a good day!

They are getting so big! And I got really excited, looking at the forecast with SUN!!!! the next 7 days (at least where I am)
