wow... got a lot of snow last night!

Got a couple of inches at my house and it was snowing when I left. Thankfully the roads in to work were mostly good.

So far we have 8" of snow but the chickens don't seem to mind at all.

Got about a foot total of snow here... ugh... my back hurts from shoveling.

My better half has done the shoveling and wood hauling. We have about foot and half here.. More pictures coming today, the birds have not ventured out so far ..

We got snow here too, we love to x-country ski in it, but it was just too cold the past week.

Did when I was younger not anymore knees would not hold up .. lot's of walking .. stretches medicine ball of 5 lbs is my buddy

I like the weather report says only 3% chance of snow today, and it's been snowing for an hour.

Hopefully won't get too much build up. It's impossible to shovel the whole driveway (about 1/3rd mi long) so since the snow was still loose I went and shoveled the end by the road because that's where it gets icy and we lose traction (hoping to go out tomorrow). Someone with a snowplow attachment on their truck saw me shoveling along the road and just lowered it to the ground as he drove by and cleared out about a good 50' of chunky ice on the roadfront, so that saved me from the worst of it.

I was kinda thinking maybe the son has solid F150 might need a plow on it. Lot's of what if maybe we get this every 10 years or every years we just don't know ..
