My birds have a job here I was raised on farm. If I need to pick one up I do it at evening when they roost.

Hey all! Long time no chat. My birds are doing well but poor Gabby has decided to molt now that the wet and cold is back. I am equal parts sad for her and amused by how scraggly she looks. One of my lavender orps is almost as bad. The other chickens had the good sense to drop their feathers while the weather was still hot.
