Dang, I'm sorry Pete hurt the hens and I hope they recover. Good decision to remove him from your flock. Are you going to try to hatch any eggs he fertilized? It would be interesting to see how his dark egg color genes pass down.

Oh no that really stinks! It’s been raining steady for most of the day and right now it’s pouring! So far no wind.

Just wondering have any of you just seen a chicken poo and it was mostly water? I have a rode island red going through her 1st molt but her poo is water with a bit of green goo she is a year and a half old cant get photos cuz it's raining lol but saw the squart and was like what???

Only when they've been drinking a lot. Mine have watery poops a lot in summer. It helps cool them down
