Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

This spud was forgotten in a dark place. Isn't rotten, just wiggly. Apparently it was pregnant. I counted 5 in there.

I didn't know they could form new tubers without leaves collecting energy.

It's residing in a pot of soil now because Mom was insistant that I plant it.

I want to say Hi! Step daughter & family live in Seattle. My husband & I currently live in TX. My grandsons are 16 & 13. Now that my husband is retired we are going to move to Washington! We are looking in the Moses Lake area.
I will be bringing my ladies, 5 RIR & one? I am getting a pair of bantam partridge Wyandotte show birds next month! So excited! It looks like WA has a lot more poultry shows than TX does, another bonus.
We aren’t ruling out other places in WA. We would like to be moved by this time next year.
