You must have a well stocked pantry and freezer! Lucky you.It's been a busy morning. I chopped up cucumbers, onions, jalapeno and Hatch peppers for relish, four quarts worth.
With 7 cups cucumber and one cup jalapenos I made dill relish, and have 7 half pint jars processing in boiling water right now. After I take those out I'll start making sweet relish, which will probably be another 7 half pints. That should be plenty for the next year.
Never got around to picking beans.
