I thought you had a water bath canner. That would be better, and maybe not make the beans mushy. They get so soft under pressure.I'm halfway done picking green beans. Now I need to get on the ladder and pick the rest from the outside of the garden fence. I got 3 pounds so far. There was also one pullet egg, but didn't get one at all yesterday.
I decided that I'm going to use my pressure canner for the first time to process the beans. My freezer is close to full already so I need to start canning more stuff instead of freezing.
