Then cooked half, and we ended up with 1 1/2 gallons of giblet gravy (food of the Gods!) and the dog is soo happy to have some too!
Will do smashed-a-taters and cranberry sauce...then hor turkey sammiches for the rest of the week.
I love only cooking once or twice a week.

I am measuring mine to replace the "rafters" with 2x4s and then DH will cipher how much waffle fiberglass we will need, and a few carbon fiber panels this year, each year.
the tomatoes, peppers, english cucs (love the bread and butter pickles !YUMMM!!!) will live in there, and the pumpkins (I have jack o lantern and Knucklehead warty pumpkins) and 2 kinds of zuchinni, yellow paddy pans, sweet meats, pink banana squash..3 kinds of tomatoes (that are all under 54 days each!!)
Seed candy onions I need to put out in the next few days and cover...and a new kind of basil I am intrigues with.
Oh, and I have green romano pole beans
and bright yellow (goldmarie) romano pole beans, and my Oregon sugar pod snow pea seed from last year.
This is all no doubt gonna make Rusticbynature sad not to have a garden this year
But we can share garden goodies with you when you get here !
