I've often heard that some of the best therapy for arthritis (including RA) is getting moving. CL, there was a great article in Reader's Digest a couple of months back about a woman with horrid RA that could barely move off the couch, and her daughter got her to go to water aerobics first, and they slowly built on that. Now she goes to the gym several times a week, including her original water aerobics class and yoga. She feels much better than she has in years.

My dad had arthritis and he ate cherries. 10lbs every spring.
It helped alot. He use to not be able to make a fist in the mornings and poped Alieve like jellybeans.
Alieve damaged his brain, but that is another story.

He had a virus drop into his puter. Started on a super fast pop up page that mimiced Internet explorer saying "YOU ARE INFECTED!!!!! YOU NEED TO RUN OUR PROGRAM NOW!!!!!!" etc etc...instantly it hits your files and acts like it is searching for a virus..then everything went blank and he could not even get the puter to open..he is trying everything and some other program a friend gave him.
He is having cold turkey BYC withdrawals !
Incidently, I had the same thing happen on my puter this afternoon, but I closed the program and internet immediately and have ran several virus and spy-bot malware programs and am running a whole disc search now....it went right through my fire wall like lightening !
But did not get totally through I guess.
wow, watch for it and be careful, it seems to be running through BYC.
OK< DIY get CR's message about the RIR bantams ?
I will log on in the morning, Chickie is hurting and I am gonna try an excedrin PM, maybe, I am almost afraid to try it...

Before I go:
Lockdown tomorrow for an incubator full of Cuckoo Marans, Blue Ameraucana (BBS) and Olive eggers !
Then lockdown on Bolddogkennel's Games on the 17th..then tons of eggs coming in the mail in the next 2 weeks

My computer got hit by tharexact same thing today. Imediately closed the screen and ran a whole bunch of scans... So for the problem is fixed, but we will see.

The Norton seems to be doing what it is supposed to. It has popped up a screen a couple times telling me that a virus/trojan/etc is trying to get in. Do I want it removed? I click yes and a few seconds later it says it removed a cookie. So far nothing serious.
I don't really care about back up. I have nothing important on my computer. It's just a toy, but I really would not like to be attacked and face the possibility of replacement.

I'm exhausted after reading a million posts!!!!

Ok so spoiled Daffy is finding its way into our family. The little snot may end up being a half indoor duck!!! My daughter took the bugger to bed with her and they took a nap this afternoon!! Then, I get home and Daffy and my little dog Carlie are sleeping together on my couch!! (on a towel!)

Crimeny sakes!! We have all done lost it here in Bonney Lake! Being inside all winter has warped our brains!!
