I'm trying to wait until the show too, I've never been so I'm interested to see what I can find. Of course they still haven't told me if I get the day off so I might be out anyway

But the shows a whole week away, a whole week with an empty bator!

I replied to this on Mahonri's thread, but my Seramas from Jen hatched on day 21 just like anything else, I locked them down at the end of day 18.

Well that's ok too. I just gave them a day's extra start!

Especially over here.

We get over 100 degrees for weeks at time in July and early August....NOT looking forward to that--or to my SIL's wedding which is August 6th and an OUTDOOR wedding.

DW and kids went to TSC today and came home with 6 baby chicks. Charlie, our youngest son wanted some chicks so mom let him buy some. They are all suppose to be pullets. DW told Charile that he needed to name them, he said he allready had, 'Lightning McQueen' DW says you have more than one, Charlie said I know.

So we have 6 Black Giant (Maybe Jersey Giant) pullets all named 'Lightning McQueen'

Today is day 24, so Sunday is the 28th day.

I need to figure out how to hook up a car battery to power the 2 boxes...just in case we have another outage.
