Erm. It's my everlasting plague to have to touch raw meat. I will do it, especially if that means I have healthy, safe, HAPPY meat (I know that sounds weird but you all know what I mean...happy before they were slaughtered, LOL), then I'd do just about anything to acquire said meat. I even answered a couple CL ads offering free roosters; told them I'd come by on Saturday morning to pick them up on my way to process birds. We'll see who just needs their birds gone, instead of wanting to re-home them.
