Yes the applesauce is like fiddlesticks and sugar. I am working on calling it chicken nuggets now that we have been caught again.
Well all I have is a bunch of stinky little dogs tonight. I spent a good bit of time out in the back yard, looking under the shrubbery without locating the source of the stench. I know that I upset and ruined the rest day for a whole bunch of little spiders. I am going to have to hope that my DH is better at watching the nasty little dogs, and locating things. I just finished washing the three older dogs, apparently it was their turn today. The babies must have decided that it wasn't worth getting another bath before bedtime. So the chicken nugget story will have to wait. The suspense is wearing me out.
I really don't get it I even had one of the neighbors teenagers helping me look for it. So I am reasonably certain that I looked at everything in the yard. I even looked under the holly bush. That wasn't easy, but I did it. Now my backyard is just not that big. It a rectangle in shape, and there are no odd corners. I have a 5' flower bed that goes along the fence line, and a flower bed that has beautiful hydrangeas next to the house. I have nice neat lawn and flower bed with some lovely shrubs and trees at one end house and the other side of the house is now mostly concrete. The chickens and the small greenhouse are in one corner next to the new concrete patio. That just doesn't leave many hiding spots.
Something is out there that smells nasty, and the dogs love to roll in it.
I am going to be spending the rest of the week washing little nasty dogs.(good thing that tomorrow is Friday.) I am now praying that the forest fires in British Columbia don't produce enough smoke to keep the airplanes on the ground. DH called, and said that they could hardly breathe because of all the smoke where he is. I think his in Alberta someplace this week.
So the suspense continues through tomorrow.............
